SHANGHAI, August 1, 2024-

On July 22, 2024, Chinese airthrough-bond (ATB) nonwoven manufacturer Wisdom-Greentech started up a new Trützschler ATB nonwoven line with width of 3.8 meters in its Nanping facility in Fujian province, east China. According to Trützschler, this double-carding airthrough-bond line is equipped with the most advanced Blending Bin Compact system, which can produce topsheet materials with mixing of various fibers, especially hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibers.

In August 2022, Nonwovens Markets reported that Wisdom-Greentech celebrated a dual-use back-to-back double-carding airthrough-bond line with width of 3.8 meters to be delivered by Trützschler in its Nanping facility, which can manufacture extremely soft airthrough-bond product by 0.6 denier fiber. In addition, in 2025, Trützschler will hand over the world's first 4.2-meter double carding airthrough-bond line to the Nanping facility of Wisdom-Greentech, according to Trützschler.
