SHANGHAI, September 26, 2024-

Winner Medical of China announced on Sept. 23 that it has completed the acquisition of a 75.2% stake of Global Resources International, Inc. (GRI) on Sept. 20, to expand its medical consumables business in the world. The transaction is valued $120 million.

This has been the first international controlling stake acquisition project of Winner Medical. According to the company, this acquisition marks an important step of its international development strategy.
