SHANGHAI, January 18, 2023-

Vinda International Holdings plans to build 120,000 tonnes per year of tissue capacity at a new mill in Deyang city, Sichuan province, Fastmarkets RISI reported.

Vinda will install four 30,000 tpy tissue machines at a new mill in Deyang, with start-up of the machines planned for June 2024, according to the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report for the project publicized in early January.
