US resident makes plans for new hygiene products plant in Rwanda [From the web]
KIGALI, RWANDA, June 23, 2021-
Irene Basil, a Rwandan living in the USA has launched a project to build a $3.5 million factory to produce hygiene products in Muhanga District of Southern Province where he hails from.
He said the investment idea emerged following the Covid-19 pandemic.
