SHANGHAI, March 31, 2025-

According to the local government of Jinzhou district of Dalian city, a new wipes production plant of Dalian Oupai Technology Co. (Oupai) broke ground in Jinzhou district on Mar. 27. The plant will become the biggest wet and dry wipes plant in northeast China after being put into operation, according to Oupai. 

Founded in 2006, Oupai always focuses on wipes manufacturing and R&D. With investment of 180 million yuan ($24.8 million), construction of the new plant includes two phases. Houses, warehouse, distribution center and R&D center will be built in the plant. With investment of 93 million yuan into the first phase, twenty automatic and intelligent production lines will be added, according to the company.
