At Optima, various measures have already been taken over the past few years to be prepared for a situation like this. This has now paid off. "With the new logistics center, the 'heart' of Optima logistics, excellent cooperation within the Optima Group and procurement strategy measures in the run-up to the pandemic, the supply chain was successfully maintained," says Heiko Funk, Managing Director of OPTIMA materials management GmbH.
