Chinese wipes manufacturer Jieya Biologic Technology Co. (Jieya) released its 2023 earnings results on April 20. Revenue was 622.59 million yuan ($86 million), dropped by 6.6% compared with 2022. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent was 115.2 million yuan, fell by 18.28% year on year. Net profit attributable to the owners of the parent after deducing non-recurring profit and loss was 88.91 million yuan, decreased by 31.35%.

Revenue of its wipes products was 524.42 million yuan, dropped by 10.9% compared with 2022, which accounted for 84% of its total revenue. Gross profit margin of the wipes products was 24.89%. Revenue of its facial masks products was 66.55 million yuan, increased by 15.65% year on year, which accounted for 11% of its total revenue. Gross profit margin was 48.28%.
