SHANGHAI, March 13, 2025-

Chinese hygiene products manufacturer Haoyue Personal Care Co. (Haoyue) announced on Mar. 6 that it will purchase the plant of Elleair International China (Nantong) Co. (Elleair Nantong) at the price of 266 million yuan ($36.8 million). After completion of the purchase, the GOO.N baby diaper production business of Elleair Nantong will be transferred to Haoyue. Haoyue will also establish its Nantong subsidiary and will invest no more than 400 million yuan within three years.

Founded in December 2012, Elleair Nantong is an overseas subsidiary of Daio Paper of Japan, which is located in Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area of Jiangsu province, China. Haoyue will purchase the plant including eleven baby diaper production machines and other assets of Elleair Nantong.
