CLOVERDALE, CA, August 15, 2019-

Hong Kong-based GHC Group plans to expand its Ware, Massachusetts absorbent and medical products plant by adding a second hydrogen-bonded airlaid (HBAL) line and then a laminating machine, according to vice president Palmer Dinkel. He added that the company is seeking private equity investors to help with its expansion plan, and is looking at a couple of possible acquisitions.

Dinkel describes the company as a very entrepreneurial group that relies on lean operations and an eagerness to move quickly to take advantage of new business opportunities.  In that context, he said the company has put out a couple of business proposals that could lead to capital investments and a new business focus.
