Hengan International Group announced that the founder of Hengan International Group Mr. Xu Lianjie passed away on Apr. 17, 2025, at the age of 73.

Mr. Xu Lianjie was the founder and vice chairman of the board of Hengan Group International Group, a member of the 9^th, 10^th, 11^th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the 10^th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He also served as the vice chairman of the Fujian Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, honorary president of the 5^th Council of the Fujian Provincial Bright Charity, and president of the Jinjiang Charity Federation.
