BRUSSELS, June 10, 2019-

Ence is rebutting claims by the works council of the Spanish specialty cellulose and viscose producer Sniace that the two are in talks on the possible takeover of Sniace’s Torrelavega assets.

“[Ence} is not involved in any sort of negotiations with Sniace and is not interested in participating in its announced capital increase,” Ence said in a note made available to Fastmarkets RISI.
