For the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024, Daio Paper’s net sales decreased by 0.3% 502.3 billion yen ($3.3 billion). Operating profit fell by 38.6% to 6.8 billion yen. Ordinary profit plummeted by 34.7% to 4.3 billion yen. Profit attributable to owners of parent was -6.3 billion yen.

During the period under review, net sales of its home and personal care business segment rose by 0.7% year on year to 221.9 billion yen. Operating profit was -0.4 billion yen.
