Cotton research and Promotion Program Hall of Fame names Dr. Andrew Jordan as honoree in 2024




CARY, NC, December 17, 2024-

Dr. Andrew Jordan, a recognized leader in the cotton industry, has been awarded the 2024 honoree for the Cotton Research and Promotion Hall of Fame. The program, now in its eleventh year, recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the Program or to the cotton industry in general. Dr. Jordan was formally inducted into the Cotton Research and Promotion Program Hall of Fame at the joint Cotton Incorporated/Cotton Board Annual Meeting on December 10 in San Diego, CA.

The Cotton Research and Promotion Program was established in 1966 to expand the demand for Upland cotton and to increase profitability for both cotton growers and importers of cotton products.
