PFNonwovens a.s. (hereinafter "Company") hereby announces the following personnel changes to the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company announces that the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Marian Rašík as Member of the Board of Directors for a functional period of 3 years. Mr. Rašík is the Chief Financial Officer for the entire PFNonwovens Group at the level of PFNonwovens Holding s.r.o. He held a position on the Company's Board of Directors from March 2010 to July 2018.
