CARBIOS,(Euronext Growth Paris: ALCRB), a pioneer in the development and industrialization of biological technologies aimed at reinventing the life cycle of plastics and textiles, announces the resignation of Philippe Pouletty from his positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director, as well as from his mandate as Chief Executive Officer, which he had accepted as Chief Executive Officer transitional on December 18, 2024.

The Board of Directors has taken note of this decision and thanks Philippe Pouletty for his contribution to the development of CARBIOS.
