SHANGHAI, September 26, 2024-

Beijing Dayuan Nonwoven Fabric Co. (Dayuan) announced that it has signed an agreement with JNC Corporation of Japan on September 24, to acquire all shares of JNC’s wholly-owned subsidiary in Changshu, Jiangsu province of China. After completion of the share transfer, the company name will be changed from JNC Nonwoven Materials (Changshu) Co. to Dayuan New Material Technology (Changshu) Co., to focus on the business of nonwovens and nonwoven products manufacturing.

According to Dayuan, it plans to add new production base and capacities through the acquisition of JNC’s Changshu subsidiary, to better meet the demand of strategic development and business scope expansion of Dayuan.
