SHANGHAI, August 20, 2024-

Isola Castle, an indirectly, wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Pacific Resources International (APRIL), has completed its fully acquisition of Vinda International Holdings.

The buyer wrapped up the takeover on Thursday August 15 and delisted the tissue maker from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the subsequent day.
