SHENZHEN, China, May 7, 2024-

Chinese nonwovens manufacturer Xinlong released its earnings results for the first quarter of 2024. Revenue fell by 5.6% year on year to 107.46 million yuan ($14.89 million). Net profit attributable to owners of the parent grew by 10.7% to -7.12 million yuan. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent after deducing non-recurring profit and loss was -7.29 million yuan, growing by 26.66%.

According to the company, it has been the first spunlace nonwoven manufacturer in China. Its subsidiaries Hainan Xinlong Nonwoven and Yichang Xinlong Hygiene Materials manufacture spunlace nonwoven. Its subsidiary Hunan Xinlong Nonwoven manufactures SMS spunmelt nonwoven and SSS spunbond nonwoven.
