OAKLAND, CA, February 20, 2017-

Resolute Forest Products (Resolute) on Friday informed North American customers that prices for all its grades of kraft market pulp will increase, effective March 1 until further notice, RISI has learned.

Montreal-headquartered Resolute told domestic customers that its northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) pulp list price will increase to $1,060/tonne. The firm’s increase would be up $30/tonne vs its last announced price that went into effect on Feb. 1.
