P&G details strong progress it says company has made in letter to shareholders
CINCINNATI, OH, August 1, 2017-
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) announced today it has filed definitive proxy materials, including its definitive proxy statement and Blue Proxy Card, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with P&G’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for October 10, 2017. P&G shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2017 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
P&G strongly recommends that shareholders vote to support the P&G Board with a vote on the Blue Proxy Card.
