JNC CORPORATION (CEO & President: Yasuyuki Gotoh, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has reorganized JNC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. into a "management company" for the purpose of enhancing management capabilities for each of its member companies in China.  The company has received certification for establishing "regional headquarters of a multinational corporation" from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and commenced operation on December 1st, 2016.

JNC (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. was established in Shanghai in 2004 for business development in China, and has conducted business such as new business expansion and technology licensing support.
