Acquisition of HDIS increases exposure to growing adult incontinence space in the US - Domtar announced it has agreed to purchase the privately-held, US-based, Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co., a leading provider of adult incontinence products for cash consideration of $45MM with a possible earn-out payment of up to $10MM. HDIS has annual revenues of ~$65MM and operates a 200K sq ft distribution centre in Missouri, as well as two retail locations in Arkansas and Florida. The deal is expected to close by year end subject to customary closing conditions.
