CLOVERDALE, CA, May 21, 2015-

TWE Group has quietly proceeded over the last three years to assemble a group of 12 nonwovens plants on three continents, including its 2012 purchase of the Belgian firm Libeltex. Nonwovens Markets has learned that in January 2015 the German company added the three US plants of former Libeltex affiliate Vita Nonwovens to its manufacturing network, joining the nine sites it already operated.

TWE issued a press release earlier this year which was not widely seen, trumpeting the successful integration of Libeltex locations in France, Sweden and Belgium into its system in 2012, and announcing the addition of Vita to the group in January 2015.
